Hotel Quatorze - Colmar

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The breakfast was simple yet fresh and tasty. They really went out of their way to assist us, even driving us to the train station!

Staying at Quatorze in Colmar had some highs and a few lows. The design of the hotel caught my eye immediately. The unique architectural elements gave it a distinctive charm. The bed in my Beautiful Double Room felt luxurious. I appreciated the various toiletries they provided. The quality was excellent. Breakfast had excellent fresh items, though the space was rather cramped when it was busy. Staff seemed stretched when several guests arrived simultaneously, resulting in a bit of chaos. The central location allowed easy access to local attractions. On the downside, the check-in experience wasn't smooth. I arrived to find no one at the reception, which left me waiting longer than expected. Some room lighting didn't function well, affecting the ambiance. Maintenance seemed a bit lacking in spots. With a few adjustments, this hotel could reach its true potential. A nice stay with some hiccups.

Our stay was lovely! The quirky bathtub design was a fun touch, and having the balcony to enjoy the view was amazing. The Wi-Fi, however, was frustratingly inconsistent.

It was an excellent fit for strolling in Colmar with good value considering the price it charged. The valet parking service really made things easier when dealing with the road work outside. Make sure to check for drinking water in your room upon arrival.

Comfortable bed, unique decor

Dated room with inadequate storage space. Shower without a door caused steam to set off the fire alarm twice, resulting in a disruptive experience. Limited cleaning and amenities, like a lack of hair dryer and a few towels.

The quirky bathtub setup was unique, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The room was perfectly cozy with just enough space for my partner and our small dog.
